Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Exporized. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. As all products are made to order, we do not offer cash refunds. However, we provide exchange and store credit options under the following conditions.
1. Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
- The request must be made within 14 days of delivery
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
- Return shipping must be insured and trackable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if:
- The item shows signs of use or wear
- Any components are missing
- The return window has expired
2. Store Credit
Instead of an exchange, you may opt for store credit, valid for 6 months from the date of issue. The same conditions listed above apply.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If your item arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect or damage:
- Notify us within 1 day of delivery
- Provide clear photos or videos as proof
- We may request the item to be returned for inspection
Each case is reviewed individually to determine the appropriate resolution.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Worn, used, or altered products
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Final Sale items (products purchased at 20% discount or more), except where required by law
5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Contact us at support@exporized.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return or exchange
- Supporting photos or videos (if applicable)
