1. Exchange Policy
You have the right to exchange your product for another item from our catalog within 15 days of receiving your order. The following conditions apply:
- The request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be in new and unused condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
- The return shipment must be made using an insured shipping service with a tracking number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange request if:
- There are any signs of use or wear on the product.
- Any parts of the product are missing.
- The 15-day period has been exceeded.
2. Store Credit
Instead of an exchange, you may choose to receive store credit for the value of the product. This credit can be used for future purchases and is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. The following conditions apply:

- Items purchased with a discount of 20% or more are classified as Final Sale and are not eligible for refunds or returns, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
